We’ve color coded our floor plans
to help illustrate how each home lives with you.
Socializing
areas are coded in coral, indicating
where your friends and family will gather, and
include informal living areas, larger kitchen
spaces, family, game and media-related places
and outdoor congregating areas.
Relaxing
areas are in green. These are special
“retreat” areas – personal spaces,
such as the master suite, whirlpool tub, private
balcony and library.
Organizing
areas are in yellow and are designed
to keep your home organized, from walk-in closets,
larger linen closets and kitchen pantries to extra
room in the garage and laundry room. Most include
special “drop zones” for purse, keys,
cell phone, backpacks and mail.
Flex
areas are in purple. These are adaptable
spaces that can flex to a variety of changing
needs as in-law suites, spare bedrooms, home offices,
craft areas, formal dining rooms and bedroom/bathroom
areas for blended families.
