Owner Todd Stanek has been building custom homes for 25 years.  A resident of the area for 20 years, Todd is an expert at navigating every aspect of the homebuilding process.  He is ready to help make each homebuyer’s experience an enjoyable one from start to finish.

We know the local laws and regulations, have established relationships with reputable area subcontractors, and are well positioned to do the best job for you. We’ll help you every step of the way, throughout the home building process.

About The Area We Serve

The Wausau Homes Design Studio is located in the town of Eveleth.  In the heart of St. Louis County, we build across Minnesota’s Iron Range, including Hibbing, Chisholm, Eveleth, Gilbert, Mountain Iron, Embarrass, Babbitt, Tower, Sturgeon and surrounding communities. We build from Ely to Fairbanks to Payne, Wawina, Celina, Tower and everything in between.

Virginia is part of the Quad Cities of Eveleth, Gilbert and Mountain Iron.  Located on the iron range, the “Queen City of the North” offers numerous fun activities.  This includes the Loon Ethnic Arts and Crafts Festival, Home Boat and Sport Show and the Summer Celebration Car Show.  Unlimited opportunities await the sports enthusiast, including curling Bonspiels, golf, racquetball and bocce-ball tournaments, and national and international ski events at Giants Ridge.
