Owner Darek Davidson has been building custom homes for 15 years.  Born and raised near Rochester in neighboring Kasson, Darek enjoys snowmobiling, fishing, hunting and motorcycling.  The Wausau Homes Rochester Design Studio offers inspiration for each new home buyer. With custom name brand interior and exterior samples, and 3D home rendering technology each home is custom designed your way, with a firm price, and always built on time with a firm move in date.

The Wausau Homes Design Studio is a premier Southern Minnesota home builder located in Rochester.  In the heart of Olmsted County, we build homes in Rochester and the surrounding communities including Oronoco, Stewartville, Dover, Chatfield, and Byron.
