The Wausau Homes Design Studio is located in New Richmond.  Centrally located in St. Croix County, they also build in Polk County including the communities of Somerset, Glenwood City, Hudson, Roberts, Baldwin and surrounding areas.

New Richmond, also known as "The City Beautiful" is located in the scenic St. Croix Valley area.  A small town with big-city services, Main Street in New Richmond provides an excellent setting for shops and specialty stores.  Golf lovers will delight in the 173-acre New Richmond Golf Club, a premier 27-hole golf course in Wisconsin.  With a setting along the Willow River, its beauty is sure to compliment the Links course.
