About Our Design Studio

Wausau Homes Sheboygan is located at one of Sheboygan’s well known landmarks. The old Suscha News on 8th St., has been recently remodeled back to its original glory. The building will now house the design studio for Wausau Homes Sheboygan. Custom builder and Owner, Dan Roerdink, has been in the construction industry for the past 15 years with the majority of work being done on extensive remodels in and around Sheboygan and the surrounding counties. Dan has teamed up with his wife, April Roerdink, who has been a part of many projects and handles the real estate side of things. April is a local realtor and oversees the design studio.

Over the years, Dan and April have established solid working relationships with customers, contractors, and inspectors. Great customer service will always be their number one priority to make the process of building your dream home a breeze. 

About The Area We Serve

Sheboygan, also referred to as the “Malibu of the Midwest”, is known for its excellent access to Lake Michigan. There are great state and local parks in the area that offer an abundance of recreational opportunities.  Sheboygan County is also known for its production of cheese and brats, a Wisconsin staple.
